Getting started is easy. Create a free account, set up your club, and invite your members. The setup wizard guides you through each step — from configuring your equipment list to creating your first team. Most clubs are up and running within minutes. ### Is Clubbooking free to use? Up to 10 members, yes. The first 10 members are free, then you pay €0.15 per member per month, excluding VAT. You don't have to pay to register your club. ### How do I book equipment? Once you're logged in, navigate to the equipment section and select the item you'd like to reserve. Use the calendar view to pick an available time slot, confirm your booking, and you're done. You'll receive a confirmation and the booking will appear on the shared club calendar. ### Can I assign different roles to club members? Yes. Clubbooking has a full role and rights system. You can define custom roles (e.g. coach, admin, member) and assign specific permissions to each role — such as who can manage equipment, approve bookings, or add news articles. This gives you fine-grained control over what each member can see and do. ### How do I invite members to my club? As a club administrator, go to the member management section and use the invite feature. You can invite members by email address. They'll receive an invitation link to create their account and join your club automatically. ### Is my data secure? Absolutely. We take security seriously. All data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We follow privacy best practices and comply with GDPR regulations. Clubbooking is a Progressive Web App (PWA) and has a native app, which means it works on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop — directly in your browser. On mobile you can install it to your home screen for an app-like experience with offline support and fast loading times. ### Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes, Clubbooking can be canceled on a monthly basis at any time. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. If you decide to cancel, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. ### Which sports does Clubbooking support? Clubbooking was originally built for rowing clubs and water sports, but the platform is flexible enough to support any club needing equipment management, team coordination, or training scheduling.
