A short summary of the Clubbooking privacy policy (version of 10 October 2026). Clubbooking is operated by Mollisware in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Read the full privacy policy for all details; if this summary and the policy ever differ, the policy applies.
Mollisware is responsible (the controller) for your Clubbooking account, for running, securing and improving the service, and for product analytics and crash reports.
Your club is responsible for the data it manages about its members, such as memberships, bookings, attendance, teams and news. Mollisware processes that data on the club's behalf under a data processing agreement. Questions about how your club uses your data are best asked to your club.
We do not ask for health data, we show no advertising and we never sell personal data.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. We then rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your account and profile until you delete your account; we then delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. Crash reports are kept for 90 days, server logs for at most 12 months and club billing records for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your personal data, restrict or object to its processing and withdraw your consent. Most of this you can do in the app yourself, for example by editing your profile or deleting your account. For anything else, email [email protected]; we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
You can create an account yourself from the age of 16. Younger members can only use Clubbooking with the permission of a parent or guardian, which their club is responsible for obtaining.
